Turkey Meatloaf
This gets an A++ with bonus points!! I know it's a winner and a keeper if my 1 and 2 year old will eat it without any cohersing, and my hubby loves it, too! Here are the things I liked most about this meatloaf: it tasted light, wasn't really ketchupy (yes, a new word :) like most meatloafs, and made a ton even though I halfed the recipe. I froze half and we had the other half for 3 days. Wow! Sorry that there is no picture. I forgot to take one, but I know many of you have already cooked this dish and know what it looks like.
