sun-dried tomato dip
Made the sun-dried tomato dip for our dinner party! This picture does not do it justice - was a much prettier and more appetizing color. Everyone seemed to like it. I used fat free cream cheese and fat free sour cream which I figured wouldn't make a difference since this dip is not heated. Very easy - just throw everything in the food processor and blend. My kind of recipe! I will admit that I was very heavy handed with the tobasco sauce but I think it was better that way. Served with carrots, celery and brown rice chips. Yummy and easy!
