Made these muffins for the junior high youth group breakfast Sunday morning. All I know is the platter was empty but then again, they will eat just about anything. Made the full recipe and it made 2 dozen regular sized and 1 dozen mini sized. I did not put a topping on it - figured it might scare off the kids. Of course I sampled one and am not sure the granola added anything and I also thought it was rather sweet. Liked the diced bananas in it.

I also liked the bananas diced in th batter, I might try that in my banana bread recipe.
