We had some friends over for dinner and I made the croissant bread pudding for dessert. I originally had planned to buy really good croissants at the French Riviera Bakery that is by our church, but since they were $2 a croissant and I needed 6 I decided to just buy HEB ones. Once I got started making the pudding, I decided to halve the recipe and only use 3 croissants. The recipe calls for raisins and we aren't big bread pudding with raisin fans so I opted to make it plain, but thought that you might could use chocolate chips instead. It turned out fabulous and there was hardly any left as you can tell from the picture. :) It is super easy to make, but it sounds very gourmet!
