Applesauce

My house smells great and this applesauce got a thumbs up as an after school snack!
As usual, I halved the recipe. Used granny smith and honey crisp apples. Very simple to prep, popped in oven and house began to smell wonderful. Sauce was nice and tangy, not too sweet and had a nice texture. Guess I need to make those baby pumpkins next.
