DELICIOUS!! I must confess...I have never made homemade mashed potatoes! I have always been an instant potatoe girl, but I think after eating these, I won't go back. They require a little more work to make, but they are alot more filling and there is alot more of a reward in the taste! I really enjoyed the flavors in this, as did my family. I did half the recipe, and there were still enough leftovers for days! I will definitely make these again.
