Pasta with Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce ~ page 162

This got a great vote from my tasters! It was super quick and very flavorful, and made a ton! I added some grilled chicken on top for a main dish! The kids gobbled it up too! --Carissa

Pan Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Chipotle Orange Glaze ~ page 239

This recipe was good, but probably not as good as the Mustard Maple glazed one that is right before it in the cookbook! I loved that one. This one did have good flavor though, just didn't knock my socks off. It was very easy flavorful, and easy to make. I do really like their technique they use for cooking tenderloins. --Carissa
