PW’s Potato Skins (pg 22)

I’ve made skins a thousand times, but thought I’d give PW’s a try anyway.
Personally I was not a fan. I just thought there was too much oil used.
In my opinion, switch to olive oil an only do one thin layer on each side.

I've never made potato skins before...bummer that these weren't great for you. If I try these I'll take your suggestion of less oil, maybe that will help. I'm pregnant right now and anything with carbs sounds yummy!
