French Breakfast Puffs (pg 66)

As we had yet another snow day I decided to cook muffins for breakfast for the remainder of the week. For me, this recipe made 18 good size muffins, so I decided to freeze half after I finished.  I hope they freeze as well as she says!
Although sugar sweet, I loved these. They were simple which is a huge plus, and they were tasty! I’ll make them again!
