Great pasta! I substituted chicken for the shrimp (I'm allergic) and there are only a few things I would do differently in the future.
One is maybe to add a little spice. In our family jalapeño and habanero peppers are staples. So I’d probably cook one or the other into it. I would also add ¾ the amount of tomato sauce and probably add diced tomatoes to make up the difference. I felt that it needed a little more texture.
This was a simple dinner that I could come home after a long day and throw together or share with friends! Overall, I enjoyed it and the husband even said he would like to try it again. That’s always a good sign. :o)
