I made the pizza crust last night to make the cowboy calzones (next post) for the Super Bowl. The crust was super easy and the dough was very easy to work with. We thought it was good and gave it an 8.5! I'm going to make it again for just a regular pizza as I think it'll be even yummier. Oh and I think mine rose for about 2.5 hours just b/c at the 2 hr mark I had to go feed Isaiah so I couldn't make them but it would have been ready at 2 hrs for sure!

We've made the pizza crust twice (for 2 different kinds of pizza) and we like it, too - tastes great as an actual pizza crust!
