Broccoli with Garlic

I don't usually do much to my broccoli so this recipe was a nice change of pace. I loved the cloves of garlic and left them all in the salad (instead of only some like she said). The crushed red pepper added more of a kick than I was expecting but since this was for adults we all liked it. I liked it better at room temp than I did cold.

I also prefered this at room temp. when I made this.
Save the extra oil for a salad dressing...it was really good that way!

You know, it was already so spicy, I added a little more pepper flakes and called it chili oil. I have made it before by cooking crushed red pepper with oil, and it came out about the same. I think Ina has a recipe that calls for chili oil so I thought I'd do that one soon... can't remember what it was...
