What do you ladies think?

Hey there fellow Cook A Book chefs!
I had a question for you gals. Where is everyone in their cooking with Pioneer Woman? I am almost done mainly because I am trying to cook a little healthier these days and she does not lend herself to that! :) I'm not trying to rush anyone, but just thought I'd ask what everyone wants to do. Do we want to all get together for a potluck dinner and chit chat about PW? Do we want to go through another cookbook together? If so, then what kind of cookbook are we thinking of for the next one? I vote something easy on the arteries! Ina and PW have not been the healthiest. This pregnant lady needs to watch the weight a bit! I am almost 7 months pregnant and had to go buy new pants yesterday! It is a sad day when you start out growing your maternity clothes with 2.5 months to go!! Yikes! But as always I am up for anything. so be thinking about if you want to move on to another book and when you want to do that. It could be in a month, or it could be next Fall, I'm fine with anything. If you do have future cook book ideas, or potluck ideas post them on the blog.
Let me know what you girls come up with! --Carissa

I think moving to a different cookbook would be good. I also think the idea of leaning toward one that is "easy on the arteries" is a wonderful idea! :)

I am still cooking recipes from PW, but I started late, so that's fine if it's time to move on. It would be fun to do another potluck get together, and I concur with the healthy recipes idea.

I love the PW, but I agree with something a little more healthy.
