Chicken Scallopine &Trinidad Chicken Curry
We’re on a chicken-kick in our house right now, and to prevent boredom, I’m trying every chicken recipe I can find. These are a couple that I found on the PW’s website and I thought I would pass along my recommendations. For the chicken scallopine I used wheat noodles and fresh Italian parsley; we will definitely have this one again. My husband loves anything with curry, so I thought this one would be a hit. It was a good recipe, I would just recommend adding some other vegetables to the curry-slurry to make it better.
