White Chicken Enchiladas
We really enjoyed the enchiladas from the cookbook so we tried the PW’s white chicken enchiladas. I added some cayenne pepper to kick-it-up, and mmmm I’m so glad that I did. This picture reminds me of those I Spy children's books (ex: can you find all of the ingredients for the PW's white chicken enchiladas?)These were delicious, but I think we still prefer the enchiladas from the cookbook.
