Flat Apple Pie

I am going to have to make this one again- I tried to use whole wheat flour for the pastry dough and it just didn't turn out well at all!  The filling was delicious, but the pie sure didn't look too good!
I also did one pie with apples and one with fresh peaches- yummy!
