My mom never made meatloaf growing up and it is not something I normally choose at a restaurant. I decided to give this one a try because it didn't have "everything leftover" in it, as I was led to believe meatloaf usually did :) It was very easy to prepare- I only used 2 pounds of ground turkey meat and cut the rest of the recipe in half.
Danny and I both enjoyed it quite a bit- can't say I will make it very often because we had TONS of leftovers, but very yummy and tasty!
