This was surprisingly nice, I was afraid it would taste like hot licorice! It was good, I wouldn't say it was great though. Honestly it didn't have a whole lot of flavor, it reminded me of a watered down onion. The cheese helped cheer it up a bit. I think it would be better in a recipe than being a recipe itself.--Carissa
