Part of the fun of raising 2 little girls is everything gets to be pink or heart shaped! So, here is our version of Egg in a Hole! My oldest daughter (4 years old) just ate the heart egg out of the middle of hers, saying that she only wanted to eat the bestest part! I was trying out my new cast iron griddle...like Kara, my cast iron was a gift, an early Mother's Day gift. So far I love it! --Carissa
